Feb. 18" (1876) double-circle datestamp on yellow drop-rate cover to Mr. John Miller in Babylon, original enclosure an illustrated wine, liquor and cigar dealer invoice, cover with staining, accompanied by two other 1876 covers to Miss Fanny Miller showing 1c payments by stamp and by postal entire, one of these also with an illustrated invoice from a contractor, both opened roughly at top with edge faults, a fascinating trio showing three different ways to pay the 1c drop letter rate, the bisect is rare despite its modest catalogue value ($750.00), we have not offered another since 2006
