With 2004 (for a block of four -- this the lower left stamp) and 2008 P.S.E. certificates. With 2012 P.S.A.G. certificate (90 ogNH). By way of comparison, the P.S.E. Population Report lists only one Scott 113 at the 90 grade in Mint N.H. condition, with none higher. Scott Retail as hinged

Mint N.H., balanced margins and choice centering, rich color on bright paper, small natural gum crease not mentioned on either accompanying certificate, Extremely Fine, a scarce Mint N.H. 2c 1869 Pictorial, with 1994 P.F. and 2011 P.S.E. certificates (VF-XF 85; unpriced in SMQ as Mint N.H., SMQ as hinged $1,000.00), the more common 3c carries a nearly 3x multiple for never hinged versus hinged in 85 grade
