VERY FINE COVER DESPITE THE STAMP FAULT. A RARE USE OF THE ONE-CENT 1869 PICTORIAL ISSUE ON A 2-CENT FERRIAGE RATE COVER TO CANADA. PARTICULARLY DESIRABLE WITH THE VALENTINE ILLUSTRATIONS.
