Choice centering, rich color on bright paper, bold strike of Kleagle Mask fancy cancel, (unlisted in Skinner-Eno), part of double-circle datestamp at left (possibly Mount Lebanon N.Y.), Extremely Fine strike with detail of the half-moon and star at top and cross at bottom, this is a clear representation of the type of hoods used by Klansmen, but why a New York postmaster would create such a cancel deserves further research

(Andrew Johnson) Tombstone with Skull and Crossbones fancy cancel of Waterbury Conn.
