Position 40L7, scissors-separated at right with intact perforations, huge margin at left with portion of adjoining stamp, full perfs at top and bottom, creases and "natural paper fold" noted on accompanying certificate, Fine appearing and certainly the largest Chicago Perf stamp we have encountered, with 1978 P.F. certificate
