VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A SCARCE PART IMPRINT BLOCK OF THE SEWING MACHINE PERFORATIONS ON THE 25-CENT SECOND ISSUE REVENUE.

The sewing machine perforations exist on the 25c, 50c and $1.50 Second Issue revenue stamps. They were likely created from erroneously issued imperforate stamps. only four blocks of four ar recorded by Turner. Other multiples include horizontal strips of six (two), of four (two) and three (one).
