This issue is very scarce as a Mint N.H. top plate block. A Power Search review found only two examples offered in all our sales since 1999 -- both blocks of six and one with reduced selvage and the perfs cut in.

VERY FINE AND CHOICE. PLATE BLOCKS OF THE 2-CENT PARCEL POST POSTAGE DUE ISSUE ARE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FIND IN MINT NEVER-HINGED CONDITION AND WITH SUCH CHOICE CENTERING.

We have only offered two other JQ2 plate blocks in Mint N.H. condition since keeping computerized records, including one with reduced top selvage and one with the perfs touching the design.
