Used with partly separated pairs of 4c and 15c and single 50c 1899-1901 Ovpts. used to pay 36 times 5c UPU Rate and 8c registry Fee on a piece of Official Stationery ("Headquarters Division Of The Philippines. Office Of The Chief Surgeon." on back) used as a label for a heavy registered package to Staten Island N.Y., stamps tied by grids of squares, purple "Registered Manila P.I." double-circle and three-line "Registered Manila P.I. Dec. 16, 1902" datestamp also in purple, four and five digit registry numbers, minor staining, one 4c has missing corner and the $1.00 heavy broken crease due to folds, still an important and very presentable item for display, possibly the only known use of the Philippines $1.00 Ty. II on front or cover
