A MAGNIFICENT PLATE BLOCK OF THE PHILIPPINES 1899 50-CENT UNWATERMARKED ISSUE IN THE FINEST CONDITION ATTAINABLE. THIS IS ALSO THE LARGEST IMPRINT AND PLATE NUMBER MULTIPLE CONTAINED IN OUR RECORDS.
