Portuguese Colonies Used Collection. On Schaubek pages, good representation of all colonies, better early stamps, and later sets, such as Azores 1895 St. Anthony of Padua complete, Macao is the strongest, with better 20th Century stamps such as Scott Nos. 162, 163, 198, and C13 with World's Fair overprint, the early stamps are in slightly mixed condition, but better than usually found, 20th Century largely Fine-Very Fine, would make a nice start for further expansion

Portugal and Colonies Collection. In large Scott album, well-filled overall with both unused and used, as expected much of value in Portugal proper with early classics incl. First Issue, better sets and souvenir sheets, various colonies incl. better representations of Azores, Macao, Guinea and India, we notice a number of scarce items and some that catalogue over $1,000.00 each, much is Fine or better

Portuguese Colonies Collection. Offered intact as received, a remarkably comprehensive mostly unused collection in two Scott Specialty albums, all Colonies except Timor, high degree of completion, some Colonies complete, others are missing only a handful of stamps, there are additional pages with errors and varieties, numerous scarce and elusive stamps are present, overall condition is much better than usual, most stamps have original gum and are Fine or better, the collector neatly mounted everything in clear mounts, making for an especially nice presentation, our estimate is conservative as the total Scott Retail value is about $70,000.00, with some unlisted items not counted, for scans of the entire lot, go to http://siegelauctions.com/2013/1042/3867.pdf
