Germany Mostly Used Collection. 1868-1945, in two Lindner hingeless albums, start off with North German Confederation including 1869 18kr (genuine cancel but repaired per Sismondo certificate), Germany proper is well-filled and generally lacking only the rarities, the inflation period is noteworthy because nearly all of the better stamps are signed Infla-Berlin and two have certificates, all of the souvenir sheets present (first two unused, and with another IPOSTA sheet on cover), Air Post including all of the Zeppelin stamps, also some revenues and a few Occupation stamps, vast majority of stamps are Fine-Very Fine

Germany Collection. Housed in a Scott album, much of the value in German States and early German Shield Issues, also with Offices and Colonies, some areas quite sparse while others well-filled, we notice numerous high-cataloguing stamps, quite a few signed and about fifteen certificates accompany, condition mixed but much is Fine or better, worthy of close inspection as we expect the catalogue value alone to be tremendous

Germany Collection. To 1970 in two Scott albums, well-filled throughout including souvenir sheets, early issues mainly used, starting in the 1930s it becomes largely unused and housed in mounts, some of the mounts are enclosed on all four sides, so we can't always tell about the hinging, it does appear there is a mix of hinged and Mint Never-Hinged sets, includes Semi-Postals, Air Posts, and Berlin, slightly mixed quality but a large portion of the unused is Fine-Very Fine

Germany Collection. Offered intact as received, nearly all 20th Century, unused and used (many are present both ways), Third Reich includes better sets and all of the souvenir sheets, also some Colonies and Occupation issues, the most interesting part of the collection are the WWII and issues right after, including Locals, Allied and Soviet Zone, the collector was in Berlin right after the war, and there is a commercial correspondence to him, post-war issues are quite extensive, with Federal Republic, Berlin and DDR (latter includes a first day cover of the 1951Mao set), includes many Mint N.H. sets, also a specialized study of the 1948-51 Building issue, many of the unused are in mounts and Mint N.H. or lightly hinged, largely Fine-Very Fine, overall a worthwhile collection that has value in both straightforward stamps and more esoteric items
