China 20th Century Cover Group. Over 50 items, the more interesting includes 1947 cover to U.S. with “Headquarters of the Generalissimo” with original letter from Chiang Kai-shek’s secretary turning down a request for Chiang’s autograph, 1947 Northeastern Provinces airmail cover from Fushun to the U.S., 1917-30 Junk postal cards, a few Hong Kong, two from the U.S. postal agency in Shanghai, various Taiwan, three with Tsingtau Province 1c on $100.00 (No. 1) on unposted first day covers, and more, largely Fine-Very Fine (note the first fourteen scans on our website are the front and back of seven covers)

China Cover Correspondence. 1922-26, 38 covers sent by YWCA official Ruth Louise Parker to family members in Brooklyn or Colorado Springs, franked with Junk issues including several London printings (from the little-known 1920 Re-issue), tied by a range of postmarks, a couple illustrated, one with U.S. postage dues added on arrival, most with lengthy handwritten letters describing conditions Parker observed during her travels to different cities, typical mixed condition

China Cover Group. A correspondence of 31 covers sending a periodical from Peking to the U.S. in 1967-68, using various Cultural Revolution stamps, including No. 974, Scott Retail as used stamps is well over $1,000.00, also another twelve from the same correspondence sent without stamps, plus eight covers from mainland China to U.S. in 1948-49, a few from Taiwan in the early 1950s, and a couple others, mixed condition as expected for commercial mail, a small number of stamps with faults
