EXTREMELY FINE. ONLY THREE COVERS WITH THE ROCHE'S NEGATIVE OVAL ARE RECORDED.

The Roche's census by Stephen Gronowski (Penny Post, July 1995) refers to the Levi records in counting three covers with the black negative oval handstamp.
