W. Van Zandt, a bank auditor in Albany, original letter datelined Aug. 9, 1844, docketing indicates Aug. 15 mailing date (Overton & Co.), file folds, Very Fine, this is the only recorded example of the two-line Overton handstamp, ex Schwartz
