Feb. 17" circular datestamp on lady's diminutive embossed cover to West Chester Pa., the embossing is very elaborate with a beautiful pattern of lace, overall Extremely Fine, a stunning small cover with the 3c 1851 and Eagle Carrier used from Kensington, with clear 1998 P.F. certificate
