Ample margins to just touching, bright color, uncancelled, used on undated folded cover to New Castle Del., scarce red "Eagle City Post at Adams Express, Wilson's Buildings" large circular handstamp and matching "Paid", both crossed out in ink, "Wilmington Del. Dec. 28" circular datestamp and "5" due handstamp, file folds, side panels removed, still Very Fine, extremely rare use of the small Red Eagle stamp -- quite extraordinary in that it was carried to and mailed at Wilmington Del. -- illustrated in Penny Post (Apr. 1991), ex Ackerman
