Eight on separate covers, includes six tied by handstamped cancels, seventh tied by manuscript (stamp is "eyeglasses" typographic variety), eighth is affixed face down and shows mirror image thru pelure paper, six with 5c or 10c integral-rate datestamps, several with ring of pearls cancel (one in red), minor gum toning as usual, some other trivial faults (one creased by file fold), Fine-Very Fine, a far-above-average group of the first Boston carrier department stamp on cover, most acquired as individual lots in name sales for $150-200 hammer each
