EXTREMELY FINE. AN ABSOLUTELY STUNNING VALENTINE COVER BEARING TWO SCARCE BLUE SWARTS "ROUGH AND READY" STAMPS. THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED DOUBLE FRANKING OF THE BLUE STAMP AND, IN OUR OPINION, THE MOST OUTSTANDING SWARTS VALENTINE USAGE.
