Africa which departed New York on May 13, the sender may have
franked it to pay the old 5c open mail rate, which was not accepted and was

Postal Agency double-circles of Hamburg offices, Helsingborg transit also
ties strip, additional receiving backstamp, the fourth stamp in strip was
