ONE OF APPROXIMATELY A HALF-DOZEN KNOWN BRAZIL BULL'S EYE STAMPS WITH THE FIRST DAY OF ISSUE DATESTAMP. IN THE ABSENCE OF A FIRST DAY COVER, THIS STAMP REPRESENTS THE ONLY MEANS TO DISPLAY THE FIRST DAY OF ISSUE OF THE FIRST STAMPS ISSUED FOR NATIONAL USE IN THE AMERICAS.
