VERY FINE. REPUTED TO BE THE UNIQUE S. ALLAN TAYLOR ADVERTISING COLLAR ON AN INTACT 2-CENT REAY WRAPPER. A GREAT RARITY.

S. Allan Taylor was an early stamp dealer. A different advertising collar is also known on a Black Jack wrapper (see lot 1119).
