Tied by bold strike of "OLD STAMPS/NOT RECOGNIZED" two-line
handstamp on yellow cover to N.J., clear strikes of "Philadelphia Pa. Mar.
11, 1863" circular datestamp and "Due 3" handstamp, slightly reduced at
right, pre-use tear in stamp at rightEXTREMELY FINE APPEARANCE. A SUPERB STRIKE OF THE "OLD STAMPS NOT RECOGNIZED" HANDSTAMP WHICH IS RARELY FOUND TYING THE STAMP.
