centering, few minor toning specks mostly on backVERY FINE-EXTREMELY FINE. AN EXCEEDINGLY RARE BLOCK OF THE 10-CENT SPECIAL DELIVERY SPECIAL PRINTING. ONLY 100 PREPARED. This block comes from the 1907 Bureau of Insular Affairs Special Printing. Originally intended to supply requests for Philippine stamps, 100 of each denomination were prepared using the stamps currently on hand. This gave us the new Scott Catalogue listing, E2A, which is a different design than any regular-issue Philippines Special Delivery stamps.
