fresh and bright colorVERY FINE AND CHOICE. A RARE VERTICAL PAIR WITH "PANAMA" READING UP ON TOP STAMP AND DOWN ON BOTTOM STAMP. The "Panama" overprints were applied using the "work-and-turn" method. One half of the pane received the overprint and was then turned to overprint the second half. Only 260 pairs were printed.
