edgewear, Very Fine and choice, if this is an 1851 usage, then it is the
earliest recorded usage of a Plate 5 Early stamp and of a pair of
Scott No. 10, with 2002 P.F. certificate stating "genuine usage, but
decline opinion as to year of usage of the cover". Further research is
