at top as often found on these issuesVERY FINE-EXTREMELY FINE AND VERY RARE GROUP OF COLMAN SPECIAL PRINTINGS. These were prepared in 1894 when stamp production was turned over to the Bureau. Only 45 sets believed to exist, and many of these have stamps with either poor centering or faults.
