Clear evidence of double transfer in "Two Cents" at bottom, making this from plate no. 5299, dark color and detailed impression, bold wavy-line cancel, Very Fine and choice, listed but unpriced in Scott, with 1982 P.F. certificate, according to King and Johl (Vol. 1, p. 103-104), this variety appears on all 2c Carmine stamps printed with plate no. 5299 -- Scott Nos. 332, 375 and 384 -- and only 26 copies were known at the time.
