(19XU2). Clear strike of provisional handstamp on yellow cover with
black "Columbus Ga. Sep. 28" circular datestamp to Richmond Va., slightly
reduced at top and missing top flap, cover repaired at top right with part
of circular datestamp painted in, Fine appearance, only five are recorded
in Crown census, with 1991 C.S.A. certificate
