straightline on blue registered cover to Natchez Miss., matching
"Philadelphia Pa. Jul. 22, 1865" cds, slightly reduced and some overall
wear, Very Fine and choice, the registry fee was paid in cash, this is an
early usage to Natchez after the Civil War ended
