with major plate crack, large margins to just in at top right incl. part of
four adjoining stamps, rich color, tied by "Saint Paul M.T. Sep. 7, 1858"
cds on legal-size cover to Washington C.H., Ohio, 1856 docketing, slightly
reduced at sides, Position 2 with tear at bottom right, otherwise Fine-Very
Fine, scarce usage of the 1c to pay the triple rate, remarkable and rare
with the plate crack -- probably the largest on-cover multiple containing
