Rail Road" straightline hs applied during first leg of transit, red "Boston 17 Feb. 5cts." integral-rate cds for postage due, some minor splitting along folds, Very Fine and unusual usage, the 10c stamp paid for postage from Philadelphia to Boston (a distance greater than 300 miles) and the letter was charged 5c for forwarding for the distance from Boston to New York (less than 300 miles) (Image) E. 1,000-1,500 950.00
