According to Johl (Vol. 1, page 239) the 10c Perf 10 Panama-Pacific was issued only six months prior to its being discontinued. The series had been available for over 2-1/2 years, and so this latecomer to the series was largely overlooked. Unlike some of the other denominations, this stamp is difficult to find in well-centered Mint Never-Hinged condition.
