Nov. 21" circular datestamp, London and receiving backstamps, "65" ms. debit marking, part of bottom flap missing, Very Fine and unusual usage, the short payment was treated as completely unpaid (Image) E. 500-750
2278 c image10c Green (68). Block of four, s.e. at right, used with 5c Brown (76) and tied by targets, well-struck "San Francisco Cal. Oct. 30, 1865" double-circle datestamp on orange cover to Bern, Switzerland, red "N. York Am. Pkt.
