EXTREMELY FINE. THE FINEST COVER WITH THE 24-CENT 1860 ISSUE AND NEW YORK SUPPLEMENTARY MAIL HANDSTAMP. A BEAUTIFUL AND VERY RARE USAGE.

EXTREMELY FINE GEM. THE PERFECT COMBINATION OF A SUPERB STAMP ON A BEAUTIFUL COVER WITH PERFECTLY CLEAR MARKINGS. ESPECIALLY SCARCE CONSIDERING THE USAGE THROUGH THE CHICAGO EXCHANGE OFFICE. THE GLASGOW PACKET IS ALSO VERY SCARCE DURING THIS PERIOD.

FRESH AND VERY FINE. THIS IS THE ONLY COVER KNOWN TO US WITH THESE THREE STAMPS USED TOGETHER FOR THE 30-CENT RATE TO FRANCE.
