Apr. 15" circular datestamp on ca. 1847 folded cover to Washington D.C. street address, no postage rate indicated, large stain at right (deserves expert restoration), otherwise Fine, one of the rare instances when Blood's mail out of Philadelphia was not postmarked until it reached Baltimore -- in this case, the stamp is tied, which is extremely unusual -- ex Caspary (Image) E. 300-400
