bold Circle of Four Heart-Shaped Wedges cancelEXTREMELY FINE GEM. THE 15-CENT 1866 ISSUE IS NOTORIOUS FOR ITS USUAL NARROW MARGINS AND POOR CENTERING. THIS SUPERB USED EXAMPLE IS TRULY RARE.
