VERY FINE. AN EXCEEDINGLY RARE USE OF THE COMPOUND-PERFORATION VARIETY. ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED COVERS.

The other recorded cover, dated August 7, 1915, bears a pair of Scott 424a, but the top stamp is faulty.
