Most examples of the perforated Type III have narrow margins, and it is often difficult to see breaks at both top and bottom. As this is the defining characteristic of the type, most examples are literally space-fillers. The example offered here, showing the complete design at sides and breaks at both top and bottom, should be considered a true condition rarity.
