Inverted (294a). Usual slightly disturbed gum, dark colors and sharp
impressionsFINE. A REMARKABLY FRESH EXAMPLE OF THE ONE-CENT PAN-AMERICAN INVERT.
The 1c Pan-American Inverts were found in at least four different post offices around the country. Most of the 600-700 believed to have been issued are poorly centered and with disturbed gum. (Image)
