to New Zealand. All-over illustrated cover for "Alf Burnett, Comic,
Delineator and Recitationist", light strike of "Portsmouth O. Dec. 27"
double-circle datestamp and addressed to Wannganni, New Zealand,
target cancel appears to have tied a stamp that fell off in transit, "Short
Paid" in frame and Wellington datestamp in space where stamp was affixed,
French transit, ms. "3/8" due marking, trivial edge wear, Very Fine, almost
