VERY FINE APPEARANCE. THIS IS THE UNIQUE MULTIPLE FRANKING OF THE 2-CENT TYPE II 1916 COIL. AN IMPORTANT EXHIBITION ITEM FOR THE WASHINGTON-FRANKLIN COLLECTOR.

Our search of the Philatelic Foundation's records yielded fourteen total covers franked by No. 491. In addition to being the only multiple franking on cover, it is also the only 491 cover from Michigan.
