on registered buff cover to Palmyra N.Y., forwarded to New York
City, 1870 docketing, stamps slightly wrinkled and a couple minor faults,
cover a bit worn, still Fine, an extraordinary three-issue franking for the
3c rate plus 15c registry fee -- even more remarkable originating from
Washington Territory -- truly an outstanding domestic usage (Image) |
