well-centeredEXTREMELY FINE. CLEARLY AMONG THE BEST-CENTERED OF THE APPROXIMATELY 60 EXAMPLES OF THE 12-CENT CONTINENTAL SPECIAL PRINTING BELIEVED TO EXIST. A TRUE CONDITION RARITY, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING MOST EXAMPLES HAVE CLIPPED PERFORATIONS ON AT LEAST ONE SIDE.
