"New Orleans La. Mar. 31" (1869) cdsVERY FINE. THE EARLIEST DATED EXAMPLE OF THE 15-CENT TYPE I OR ANY OF THE 1869 PICTORIAL BICOLORS. This Type I stamp was written up in Chronicle 127.
