Office" (15L8) stamps affixed, second version with space for convenient box
location, lightly folded, faint even toning, very scarce example of Blood's

gum), large margins, small thin at top, some lightened staining in top two
rowsVERY FINE APPEARANCE. ONLY FIVE INTACT PANES OF TWELVE OF THE
BLOOD'S STRIDING MESSENGER STAMP ARE BELIEVED TO EXIST. Of the five
panes located among Sloane's records, one is split into two and rejoined,
and another has one stamp removed from lower right. A thorough search of

this group is less than Fine, the stamps are quite scarce and desirable |
