Oct. 19" route agent's circular datestamp on small cover to street address in Philadelphia, paper with wax seal cut from backflaps, Very Fine, very scarce use of Eagle Carrier on an inbound cover postmarked by the New York & Philadelphia Railroad route agent, ex Caspary (Image) E. 500-750

May 6" circular datestamp, bend in lettersheet shows on Eagle Carrier, helping to establish its usage on this cover, a rare instance of the carrier stamp on an inbound letter, Very Fine, backstamped by Elliott Perry, ex Kelly (Image) E. 500-750
