"Rough and Ready", Washington and "For the U.S. Mail" issues, several tied

annotated pages (one 136L4 Dec. 1, 1858 usage, noted as latest recorded),
additional off-cover material mounted with covers, some stamps and covers
are faulty, but many Fine-Very Fine covers and attractive frankings, an
outstanding lot for the collector looking to develop depth in Swarts |
