instructions "Deliver Early", small piece of backflap missing,
Extremely Fine, one of the choicest examples of this scarce San Francisco
local, the "Paid" handstamp is found used by Wm. Loomis to cancel stamps
(98L1 -- see lots 890-891), ex Lichtenstein
