Horizontal pair, large margins to slightly in at right, faint crease, used on 1c Postal Card with blue Dec. 3, 1875 oval datestamp, Very Fine, the Mercantile Library Association stamps were a form of receipt for prepaid delivery of books ordered from the library, the 10c rate was instituted in 1875 (Image)	E. 500-750
