VERY FINE AND EXTREMELY RARE. ONE OF ONLY THREE RECORDED COVERS WITH THE UNION MILLS "KKK", SKULL AND CROSSBONES FANCY CANCEL, ONE OF WHICH IS PART OF THE HIRZEL COLLECTION AT THE SWISS POSTAL MUSEUM AND THE OTHER IS IN A EUROPEAN COLLECTION. THIS IS THE ONLY COVER AVAILABLE TO COLLECTORS.
